Regional Sales Manager
Gadot is seeking an Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the East Coast USA. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

responsibilities
  • Responsible for defining the sales strategy of the Company ‘s products and its implementation in the territory chosen
  • Define the price policy in accordance with the strategy set with VP for sales & marketing.
  • Responsible for managing the sales activity of agents and distributors in the territory granted to him.
  • Responsible for locating and developing new markets/customers and setting product development goals /and applications.
  • Annual contracts and visits to customers and coordination.
  • Participation in exhibitions around the world.
  • Frequent travel for customer meetings and market development.
  • Building an annual budget for his/her territory.
  • Competition analysis
job requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Ability to manage negotiations and close contracts.
  • Academic degree in – Chemistry / Food Engineering / Food Technologist.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • High English proficiency
