Gadot Biochemical Industries Ltd. produces and markets products for the food additives, pharmaceuticals and detergents industry. Gadot aspires to be a leader company in this field, taking into account customers needs to their complete satisfaction.
The Company will assure the safety, and the health of her employees, and environment protection, based on safety procedures, employment health regulations and quality environment in the Company.
The Company conducts a management system and is certified according to following standards and regulations:
HACCP - Food safety Management System
GMP - Ministry of Health licence.
The Company has been granted the "Gold Label" for these achievements.
Company Management is committed to fulfil all regulations requirements and to follow-up and implement all changes according to needs.
The Company has and maintains a procedure system according to requirements of quality standard of product (HACCP), safety, employment health and environment quality requirements.
Therefore, the Company has set following targets:
Reduction of environment pollution resulting from its activities in air, sea and land.
Supply of quality and safe products to consumers.
Reduction of safety hazards to contractors workers and to visitors.
Development of processes and products aiming to prevent safety hazards to consumers, to workers and to environment.
Systematic and continuous performance measurement and evaluation tests as part of quality audits.
To achieve these goals, the Company will define every year clear and measurable targets, will fix authority powers and responsibility fields for implementation, and will allot appropriate resources.
The Company conducts a training system, in order to increase workers awareness regarding all quality requirements, environment quality, employment health, product safety and workers safety.
Company Management takes measures to inculcate a corporate culture covering all Company layers, to emphasize proper environment protection, hygienic environment to products, sticking and compliance with safety instructions and procedures, employment health, and environment quality.
The Company advocates full cooperation of all its employees, regarding all environment issues, as a must condition to business success and targets achievement.
